damn – for some reason my first post didn’t go through.
Long story short, great group today at 6am – Cahill, Joe, Mike, and Steve all killed it….some PR’s too.
1k row – 3:58, then 4:06 (5 penalty burpees because I misread the board instructions)
Jerk (store) – 125/145/155 (fail). 155 is my 1RM which was set 2 wks ago. I don’t think I warmed up enough.
Metcon – 11:54 @ 95lbs (slightly more than 60% of my 155 1RM). I was pleased with this result

Jerk store (ha!): 155 / 175 (PR!) / 180 (big time fail!)
Jerks n’ Pistols @ 105lbs: 12:34 (i think). This one was fun. I like when the reps get shorter.

Did some snatch work today too. Long way to go. I still feel destroyed after yesterday’s 21-15-9. That was a beast of a WOD.

Snatch Practice. Was doing well until I hit myself in the head with the bar. I got the bar close!
Did the 10 – 1 WOD @ 125# = 10:59 Rx’d. Fun little one.
Alli is gonna go Nuts now…
We used to have a gym in our old apartment, we pretty much turned the Nursery into a Gym…. LOL I got over it quick!
She is… very skeptical.
