8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/OH/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 800M Med-Ball “Native American Run” (12#) -12 Minute Cap
Notes: As a group run 800 Meters with the med-ball/Athlete in the back will run to the front of the group, receive the med-ball and set the pace/continue in this fashion until you have completed 800 Meters/Ensure that no one gets left behind.
B- Partner WOD 1 (4/4/15)= 12 Minutes To A 3 RM Power Clean
Notes: In Teams of 2/Male; Female/Build to a 3 RM Power Clean/Score= total weight moved.
C- Partner WOD 2 (4/4/15)= For Time: 800M Run/30 Power Clean (70% of above)/800M Run/30 Power Clean/1K Row/30 Power Clean
Notes: In Teams of 2/Male; Female/More than 1 bar is ok/Partition as needed/Score= Total time.
D- Max L-Sit Hold- 3 Attempts; 45 seconds rest or Accumulate 3 Minutes
