Alright, so today was badass.
I did the WOD, but I limited myself to two rounds per four minutes, except the last round, where I did three rounds. Wow! Ass-kicker.
Practiced the shit out of butterfly kips today. I feel a lot better with the rhythm, I’m hoping to get some strung together soon. Fingers crossed.
And finally, I did a rehearsal for the Games WOD tomorrow, and got three clean and jerks at 165# up today. No fails in that five minutes! I should have recorded it, just in case I don’t do as well tomorrow! Ah, no worries. I got five rounds tomorrow.
