What a perfect day for an park WOD! Loved our little group 🙂
So Iz changed the program a little so that everyone would be on the same page…
2 min run / 2 min air squats = 58
2 min run / 2 min walking lunges = 50 total
2 min run / 2 min sit ups = 50
2 min run / 2 min push ups = 30
2 min run / 2 min super mans = 60
2 min run / 2 min tuck jumps = don’t remember (tammy messed up my #s lol)
2 min run / 2 min burpees = 19
2 min run / 2 min pistols = thx jay for being my partner
2 min run / 10 sec sprints 10 times = these left me for dead!
What a Fun day at the park!!! Should have whipped out my short shorts 🙂
