Not a bad day. I feel like I’m starting to really learn how to lift.
warmup: 21/15/9 med ball clean (14lb) + burpees: 5:20
front squat: 5/5/5/5/5: 95/115/135/155 3 times and got the last two assisted (thanks Iz, haha) / 145
press: 3/3/3/3/3: 45 five times/ 55/65/65/70 twice/65
run a mile: 8:05
Felt pretty good today.
21-15-9:
4:43 (PR)
Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5
185-205-225-235-245 (PR)
Press 3-3-3-3-3
65-75-80-85-95
Then after class I did 5-5-5-5-5 @ 65#, and then did 1-1-1-1
95-105-110(PR)-115F
Finally getting the press up there. Ish. Darned overhead…

Also, anyone want to do this with me? I’m thinking of doing it in October, and only using CF and CF Endurance to do it.

The Games Open was an amazing experience. I learned that I have a long way to go in the world of CrossFit. I have been humbled (Disqualified) LOL
It was nice to see where Team 718 Stands. We are a Baby BOX guys…. Next Year we will be in it to WIN it!! Cant wait.
