    Hard to do the situps after saturday!
    Double Unders sucked today. Not happy at all with that score.

    That’s so funny that you had a visitor from Crossfit Pasadena! We were also going to be staying in a hotel 0.5 mile from that box and had emailed John about joining a few WODs! But instead we’re over in West Hollywood near Brick Crossfit. It’s a little farther away. Hopefully we’ll get over there.

    it was so good to be back after almost a week!! You guys are the best!!!

    Helen with 16 KG and NO BAND for pulls ups 15:40…it was the first time I used the 16 KG KB and the first time i didn’t use any bands for the pull ups (Marina and Tammy are my inspiration for that). I’m not a fast sprinter…gotta work on that.

    Tabata DU total 76….first time I did 10 DU in a row!!!

    Tabata situps total 93

    was dreading coming tonight, almost cancelled but SO GLAD I MADE IT!!!
