8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/OH/Thoracic Mobility
A- WU- 3 Rounds of 30 Seconds Each: CrabWalk Forward/OH Walking Lunges (45/25) or (35/15) /Burpees
B- Close Grip Bench Press- 12 Minutes To A Challenging Single
Notes: Shoulder Width to Hands just outside of the smooth.
C- Floor Press- 6 Minutes WU To 50% of 5/10/15 + 3 @ 50% Every 45 Seconds For 9 Rounds
D- JT- 21/15/9 RFT of: HSPU/Ring Dips/Push Ups -15 Minute Cap
