8 Minutes of Ankle/Hip/Shoulder/Wrist Mobility
A- WU- 3 Rounds of 30 Seconds Each: Jumping Jacks/Mountain Climbers/Flutter Kicks
B- 5 Minutes To WU Box Jump/WallBall + Kelly= 5 rounds for time of: 400M Run/ 30 Box jumps (24/20″)/ 30 WallBall (20#-10’/14#-9′) -40 Minute Cap
Notes: For Box Jumps: Stay focused, its easy to miss a box jump when you are tired/ Make sure you take some extra time to mobilize your calf, shins and ankles/ I would suggest stepping down off of the box to avoid injuring your achilles tendon/ Score= total time to complete all reps and rounds.
