Was crazy fatigued today, but tried to do my squats and presses.
Squat: 5 @ 260#, 3 @ 260#, 1 @ 260# (I’ll get his on Monday… just whooped today)
Press: 3 @ 125#, 3 @ 125#, 2 @ 125# (figure Wednesday I’ll get the full 5 reps on each set.)
10 Rounds:
10 Squats/10 Push Up
8:50 –> a little slow, but I kept doing 15 squats instead of 10.
