6 Minutes of: Wrist/Back/Hip/Ankle/Shoulder Mobility
A- WU- 3 Minutes of: Double or Triple Under Practice
B- Brenton= 5 RFT of: Bear Crawl 200’/Standing Broad Jump 200′ (after every 5 Broad Jumps perform 3 Burpees) – 15 Minute Cap
C- 3 Rounds of The Bear Complex: 1 Round= 7 Sets of: 1 Power Clean/1 Front Squat/1 Push Press (front)/1 Squat/1 Push Press (back); 3 minutes Rest Between Rounds (5 Wall Ball Penalty every time bar is dropped during round)
Notes: At completion of every round add weight if possible/No Drops or Stops
