C- Tabata- Thruster (95/65) or (75/45)

I want to try this one. If I remember correctly coach Anthony finished it in about 40 minutes. Patrick also crushed it. I’m going to be hurting on that run.

Definitely was as bad as last time, but if i remember correctly we squatted heavy before doing it. 56th St. was nice to see HAHA!
