Did a 500 row at 1.44.1
But hit the 5RFT @ 150# (BW) in 6:37.
After that I fell apart and DNF the 10 rounds. I got through three rounds and my body reminded me that it really did not want to get out of PJs today. But glad I got in what i could.
5 RFT of: 3 Power Clean @ BodyWeight/6 Chest To Bar Pull Up/9 GHD Sit Ups=4:52 with 165lbs @ 145lbs Body Weight
10 RFT of: 10 Push Up/15 Ball Slam(20lbs)/20 Double Unders=15:18
47 reps each of: Chest Press Body weight (145lbs)/ Pistols each leg=15:56
400 m run warm up.
5 RFT 6:57. 65 # cleans. All c2bar pulls without band. Trying to get more unbroken….. getting there… they are ugly but will improve with practice. 🙂
