9 min AMRAP of: 3 Muscle Ups/15 Air Squat/15 Double Unders
3 rounds adjusted muscle ups , did 6 ring pull ups with the kung fu grip , and 6 ring dips per round . I got 3 rounds and it hurt my pride more than anything. I will get a muscle up if it kills me
