8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/OH/Hip/Back/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- Against A 6 Minute Clock- 200M Run/In Time Remaining: AMRAP of: 3 Burpee Broad Jump (Max Distance)/5 WallBall (20/14#-Max Height)
B- Murph= For time: 1 Mile Run/100 Pull Up/200 Push Up/300 Air Squat/1 mile Run
Notes: Partition bodywieght movements as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Nearly 3+ years into Crossfit and this was my first time doing Murph. I have to say I gotta a little choked up on the ride down thinking about how most Crossfit boxes across the world are all doing this wod today to honor a man that died for us and he was from our own backyard (LI) which makes it that much closer to home..it’s just bigger than all of us and I was really happy to be a part of it this year- I love the Crossfit community- so amazing!!

Avoided Murph for 3 years and finally did it today. Glad to finally have pull-ups (eat. Nov 2014) and was able to do it all minus the vest!
