8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back Mobility

A- WU- 3 RNFT of 10 Each: Burpee/WallBall (20/14- Max Height)/Row Calorie   – 6 Minute Cap

B- Clean & Jerk- 18 Minutes To A 3RM (Touch & Go)

C- “Nellie” Grace= 30 RFT of: Power Clean + Power Jerk (135/95) or 30 RFT of: Clean & Jerk (95/65)

D- 4 Minute Max Reps: HSPU or Pike Push Ups

    Day 1, Im back!

    started my morning off with a 1 & 1/2 mile run = 10:30
    Front Squats 2/2/2/2/2/2 @ 155lbs (80%)
    + Todays WOD

    Did Nelly Grace in 5:41 RX
