Nate- 7 Rounds-Sub 6 pullups and 6 dips for each muscle up. DID 1 ROUND UNASISTED! . Did the rest with assisted pullups and dips and partial ROM on HSPU.

Next WOD -3 rounds + 1 Clean @ 105#. Assisted dips. Feeling stronger.

Fun workout! First time getting broken blood vessels around my eyes from straining so hard. I think this occurred during my handstand pushups.
