Ran a 10K today. A ton of hills, a ton of traffic and a ton of people – it messes up my time son! But was actually not so surprised I was able to do that distance with no real running practice / training outside of the short bursts we do on a regular basis at the box. It works folks! For mere dollars a day you can adopt the fitness level you always wanted!!!
