Learned to Dive roll (mental block, couldn’t get over the 32inch box), ran an obstacle course, pulled some shit, did some burpees. Gymnastics was awesome.
I really don’t think it’s 1,000 DUs…
Isn’t it 100DUs buy in, then 10 rounds of ring rows and ring dips and cash out of 100DUs….
