Where’s the Video!
I’ve come across ‘super plank’ (start at elbows, move up to push up position, come down to elbows) and ‘walk out plank’ (start at push up position and walk hands out as far as you can while maintaining hollow position, and walk hand back into push up position). Not sure which one we are doing today.
So…. this is a planche!

Crazy metcon thing: Got through 90 Planks and 85 Airsquats. I tried to do sets of 25 each, I think this was the wrong choice.
good weight there almost broke at 300 barrier. that is serious business in my book.
