Hi everybody! Went to the 6am class at crossfit santa fe. Mornings are nice and cool here in the mountains.
The wod was:
warm up: a bunch of animal crawls on the floor and back – “crab”, “bear”, a plank walk sideways, “spider” (i think that was it, that is when you are low down on the ground and move opposite arm and leg), leap frogs, jumps and I think that is it.
back squat 1 rep max: 5/4/3/2/1/1/1/1 – 45/65/95/115/125/135/135/135
5 min amrap wall ball 10#: did about 75
the altitude/forest fire smoke is kicking my ass!!

Almost elite, thrusters all unbroken but felt slow coming out of the pocket. Still need more flexibility in the wrists and triceps to get a better rack position. Pullups were good tried to work the butterfly into it grip failed me on the last set had to do 3,3,2,1
