WOD: 15:42 beastly WOD I had to go red bands after the first round of dips. Double unders felt great
Messed around with muscle ups for a bit. Managed to get really close, and I managed to pull one off where I started with feet on the floor, and arms already bent. SO GODDAMN CLOSE.

I tripped on my shoelace and fell into a bar that rolled into a stack of weights that knocked down the pull up bars that fell onto the chalk bucket and got chalk all over the floor! and I spilled my water, set my hair on fire and stubbed my toe.
