After I dead-lifted 225 as a warm up I was thinking how heavy that was.
21 / 15 / 9 Had no idea my back could do that much work. Each rep took everything I had.
O and some 24″ box jumps too = 17:05
Warm up with 3 RFT 6 Broad Jumps / 4 Plyo Push up…= I forget my time 🙁 Maybe 2 min?

Dead lifts =Exhausted!
Not sure if form was great, but I didn’t hurt myself so I guess that is positive sign
It felt like my back was doing all the work…Phew!
I predict extreme soreness.
So just Liz and I at 6 a.m., but fabulous workout. I can’t quite remember my time but i think about 14 min for 115lb deadlift/18in box jumps.
Split Jerks 2x 65/ 2x 75/ 2x 85/ 2x 95/ 1x 100(PR) These are my favorite. And wait…did I beat Tammy? 😉

Did a little pre-warm up warm up of NFT 21-15-19 pull ups/GHD situps.
21/15/9 – Deadlift/box jump @ stupidly high 32″ box jump.
First 21 reps at 275#, then 8 reps at 265# and finally the rest at 245#.

Just couldn’t stabilize the second rep on the 175# and it crashed down banged my leg and failed. ):
