8 Minutes of Shoulder/Wrist/Ankle/Hip/Back Mobility
A- WU- 400M Partner Carry (200M each) + M.B. Warm Up- 2 Rounds of 30 Seconds each: Over Under Pass/Over Under Pass opposite direction/Lateral Pass Left/Lateral Pass Right
B- Partner WOD 1- 4 Rounds of: 4 Minute AMRAP of: 200M M.B. Run/21 Push Press (95/65)/15 Toes To Bar; 2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds
Notes: Partner A Runs 200M while Partner B does AMRAP couplet/When Partner A returns they switch/Continue in this fashion until all rounds are completed/Score= total # of rounds completed
C- 7 Minute AMRAP- Ascending Ladder of: Sit Ups/M.B. Clean (20/14)
Notes: Partners will perform AMRAP starting with 2 reps each, 3,4,5,6 etc,./Switching movements at the completion of # of reps/Partners cannot switch until both partners have completed all reps of that set/Score = total rounds and reps completed

Late one. Worked with Pat, took a tumble on the partner carry that took some serious skin off my knee and bruised my wrist but hey, things happen.
