C- Death By Burpee-

Notes: Perform 1 Burpee the 1st Minute, 2 the second Minute; continue in this fashion until no longer able to complete corresponding number of Burpees in time allotted.

D- 6 Minutes of: Max Reps Walking Lunges/5 Air Squats @ the top of EMOM.
