8 Minutes of Hip/Ankle/Shoulder/Wrist/Thoracic Mobility
A- WU- 3 Rounds of 30 Seconds Each: Jumping Jacks/Mountain Climbers/Flutter Kicks
B- HandStand Walk- 5 Rounds of: 1 Minute Max Distance; 1 Minute Rest
Notes: if unable to HS Walk use 10 Minutes To practice.
C- 3 RFT of: 800M Run/30 K.B. Hang Power Clean (24/16KGx2)/30 Ring Push Up -35 Minute Cap
Notes: Scale weight on K.B. as necessary/Scale Ring Push Up to HRPU if necessary/Score= Total time to complete all 3 rounds.

I heard a lot of “I can’t’s” on those 800m runs tonight- but I’m pretty sure everyone finished the WOD! 800M runs are brutal and 3 of them isn’t any easier- but as long as you are moving they will move too.
