WOD 6/23/12
Hope= 3 RFT of: Burpees/Power snatch (75/45)/Box jump (24/20″)/Thruster (75/45)/Chest to bar Pull-ups
“Hope” has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate,” the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep.
Great time at 718. Good crowd and a lot of laughs.
207 on Hope. 3rd round was by far the toughest.

… did a little research and it looks that the standard women’s weight is 55#… (but 20″ box jumps).
check that… according to Brand X (who is kinda of in charge of officially scaling, etc). 24″ box jump
It is rx’d. Good job. They scale the female weight to 60-70% of the male weight most of the time.
Oops so it was 55? Great job none the less… I knew Kurt would find the answer to that one.
