Power Snatch
1 @ 50%,60%,70% => 40#, 50#, 55#
I don’t have a 1RM for Power Snatches so I used my Squat Snatch 1RM.
5 RFT of: 10 Power Snatch / 15 Pull Ups => 20:40
I used 45# and a heavy band. I had in my head that I was going to only do 3 rounds and then head home to Olivia. But I finished three and people were still going so I figured I’d do the fourth one. And then when I finished the fourth, Julie was still going so I figured I’d do the fifth one too. Ugh. I’ve regressed so much on my pull ups. 🙁
10 weeks postpartum.
I read a few days ago that the hormone that causes women’s ligaments to relax during pregnancy for labour remains in the body until about 5 or 6 months postpartum. So I should go easy for a while.
I’m still having pain in my “pubic symphysis” and my abs aren’t back into their position yet.
They talk about “bouncing back” from pregnancy and labour…? It feels more like a crawl to me. 😛
