I read this 4 times just now and im afraid I agree with Tina. The Early birds messed this one up.
Lets get it right tonight.
We did 15 C & J, 200 MB Run, and 30 wall balls – 1 round for time, what did we do wrong???
it was supposed to be 2 rounds…read it carefully. The “OR” was just for the height of the wall balls.
The early birds didn’t mess it up. I misread it. I take the blame.
