5 minutes wrist/shoulder/hip mobility
2 Rounds of: 3 min max reps Double Unders; 90 seconds rest between efforts
5 min review and practice: Ring Row/Ring Dip/Air Squat
20 min AMRAP of: 10 Ring Row/5 Ring Dip/15 Air Squat
*TGU– 5/5/5 (HBD-sets across)

2 rounds of 3 min double under practice, 15 in 2nd round… Thank you Coach Tammyli for the pointers you showed all of us and your patience with my spastic skills 🙂
Practice with the ring rows, ring dips, and air squats. Very informative, the visuals and modeling are helpful, thanks again Coach Tammyli!
20 min AMRAP of 10 (modified for me) ring rows, 5 ring dips (thin red band… Sorry Coach Iz, I owe you 🙁 ) and 15 air squats.

Was pacing for more rounds but the ring rows got to me.
