B- 8 Minutes TO WU- DeadLift (225/135)/Pull Up/Run + For Time: 18 DeadLift/18 Strict Pull Up/400M Run; 2 Minutes Rest + For Time: 15 DeadLift/15 Strict Pull Up/400M Run; 2 Minutes Rest + For Time: 12 DeadLift/12 Strict Pull Up or 8 Minutes TO WU- DeadLift (185/105)/Ring Row/Run + For Time: 18 DeadLift/18 Ring Row/400M Run; 2 Minutes Rest + For Time: 15 DeadLift/15 Ring Row/400M Run; 2 Minutes Rest + For Time: 12 DeadLift/12 Ring Row

For part B, does each individual keep track of their own rest time and start of the second round since everyone will be finishing at different times?
That is how we did it, everyone had their own whiteboards, and made their own calculations at the end to figure out their time for each round.
