WOD 6/6/15
8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Ankle/Back Mobility
A- Team WU- In Teams of 4 Relay 1 Mile + 400M Together (1600M)= 400M Each + 400M Together
Notes: With only 1 partner working at a time/Partner A will run 400m, upon completion Partner B will begin 400M, continue in this fashion until all 4 partners have completed 400M/Once the last partner has completed 400M, all 4 partners will run 400M together/Score= Total time/Time does not end until last partner has crossed the finish line.
B- Team WOD (6/6/15)= Against a 20 Minute Clock- 3 Rounds of: Max UB Pull Ups/OHS 3 RM or Against a 20 Minute Clock- 3 Rounds of: Max UB Ring Row/OHS 3RM
Notes: In Teams of 4/Athletes will have 20 Minutes to record the above efforts for all four athletes/Teams will have 1 Pull Up bar and 1 Bar, with 4 45lb plates, 2 25b, 2 15b, 2 10b and 4 2.5lb plates/In any order all four athletes will complete 3 Rounds of Max Unbroken Pull Ups or Ring Rows/Athletes will attempt a 3RM OHS in any order with as many attempts as necessary within the 20 Minute Time Cap.
C- Team Accessory Work- Complete 5 Minute AMRAP of: 15 T2B
Notes: While Partner A completes 15 T2B, the remainder of the team will hang from the bar/Once Partner A has completed 15 T2b, Partner B will begin 15 T2B/Continue in this fashion for 5 Minutes/T2B reps will count only if all 4 partners are hanging from the bar at the same time/Score= Total # of T2B completed.
