I just want to say that I’m very happy to be doing this at 6:15 tomorrow, instead of in the afternoon when it’s unbearably hot. Yay for lunges!
Fabulous workout, though I pity those who are doing this in the heat later today. 20 min AMRAP 250M row/25 push ups =5 rounds + 250M row. (Push-ups are my nemesis.) 20 min AMRAP 400k run/50 o.h. lunges each side with 25lbs = 2 rounds + 1 400k run. Lunges after the push-ups were brutal. See Tammy, I’m blogging! 2x in one day!

20 min AMRAP of: Row 250M/25 Push Ups 6 rounds + 250 M row.
Keep it down out there Iz you may wake the neighbors….. love it. 192 on the scales this morning feeliing great. that is an even 30 lbs from when I started Crossfit. Good times

20 min AMRAP of: Run 400M/ 50 each o.h. walking lunge (45/25 for me)/90 seconds rest. 2 rounds + 300m run. The overhead part of the lunges was brutal after the pushups!
Today was my first class and I really enjoyed it! Looking forward to the next one.

So i hear there making paleo in a can now according to marina you can pick one at the local supermarket!
Here is a recipe for paleo pancakes they are to die for!
Its super simple and fast.
2 eggs
1/4 Cup almond meal or almond flour
1 Apple (shredded peal and all)
1/8 Cup coconut milk
Dash of baking soda
dish of cinnimon
Blend well in blender.
Cook them like regular pancakes and top them with fresh strawberries wa la!
