WOD 6/9/13
10 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back/Ankle/Wrist Mobility
A- WU- 10 Minutes “Indian” Group Run
B- Partner 100 Yard Shuttle Relay
Notes: 2-4 Partners will complete 100 Yards in 10 Yard increments/5 Cones will be placed 10 Yards apart and each athlete will run to a cone grab it and run with it to the other side/they will perform this twice and then the next athlete will repeat the sequence until all the athletes are done/score= total time for all athletes to complete 100 Yards.
C- For Time- 25 HSPU/50 Pistols (25 each)/75 Burpee/100 Squat Jumps/150 Flutter Kicks/200 Walking Lunges (100 each)/800M Run
