Took it to the park today for a WOD outside.
warm up- 800M jog and hip/back mobility
10 rounds- 10 burpees, 10 air squats, 10 sit ups- 16:20
I think I could have finished faster if I didn’t have sticks and stones poking my back during the sit ups..my clothes looked pretty gnarly after.
Also, would do people look at you crazy when you do a WOD in the park?
One more thing, if anyone needs a good summer read. “Born to Run” by Christopher McDougall is awe inspiring and makes you wanna get after it! Great read so far…
