Great WOD today – never seen 6am class so packed.
6 Rounds of: 800M Row/12 Front Squats;1 minute rest between rounds (30 minute Cap) – This was collapse-on-the-floor brutal. I completed 5 rounds of row and 4 rounds of front squats (first 6 front squats at 135, the rest at 115). I rowed again as a precaution. Front squats were especially difficult after the row, but I guess that’s the point. Overall I was happy with my form and depth (didn’t hear any shout-outs from Coach Kurt, though I’m sure if i did something wrong he would’ve told me.).

5 rounds of stone carry at 75lbs , I dont recall the amount of yards, all I know is I didn’t drop the stone once bc I didn’t want to let Coach Iz and Tambot down. Now that mama and papa are back you gotta step it up tehehe
10 min pull up practice. I want strict pull ups and push ups sooo bad, cant wait! So proud of Tambot with her pull up work, and very sweet to see Coach Iz working with her… Sweetest, strongest, and sincerest couple ever!
