Hands weren’t quite bleeding by the end, but I got one nice rip.
Farmers walk: 3:30 or something, didn’t have to put the bells down once (woo)

Also, I finally managed to link Toe to bars (at least for the first 3 sets, after that things got… uglier). Woo. Gymnastics, it worked for me.

toes to bar and russian twists- 7:34 it was hard keepignmy balance on the russian twists. We cashed out with pushups and air squat tabata- 87 total reps. Nice full 6 am class today.

5 RFT of: 7 Toe’s To Bar/18 K.B. Russian Twist (HBD) – 9:22. My hands were blistered up by the time these came around, otherwise I think I would’ve been a little quicker here.
Tabata: air squats/pushups – 95 total reps.
Light day for me.
