8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back Mobility
A- WU- 3 Rounds of: 400M Run @ 70-90% RPE; 90 Seconds Rest Between Efforts
B- Jackie- For time: Row 1000M/50 Thrusters (45 lbs)/30 Pull Ups or (30 Ring Rows)
C- Karen- For time: 150 WallBall (20-10’/14-9′ or 20/14#-max height)

PR’d two lifts tonight
Clean 170# (8# PR) pretty pumped about this bc I hit 165 and was like I’ll take it but then decided to try 170# and it actually went up easier. Stayed there, didn’t want to get too greedy.

Jenessa- As long as you go into both wods with a strategy and you can recover in a relatively quick time you should be able to perform both workouts. Don’t go balls out in Jackie and leave nothing in the tank for Karen b/c then you will feel horrible. Manage your rest periods and push through the pain! Hope that helps.

Missed PRing Jackie by 7 seconds – but what ever. I was happy with my pull ups performance, about 2 minutes to get 30 reps

Spent too much time in the sun yesterday and that took a toll on me
I would’ve have done Karen nft if I had to do these two back to back
Because I’d go for a sub 6 Jackie
A) 200M Run + 6 Rounds of: 100M Sprint
B) Squat Clean + Thruster – 80kg (almost 85kg)
C) Weighted Pull Up – +40kg
D) 14 Minutes of:
60 Cal Row/50 T2B/40 WallBall/30 Clean (135)/20 Ring Muscle Up – made it to the rings
E) 21/18/15/12/9/6/3 RFT of: Thruster (95)/Burpee – made up next day, capped out 14 min at 4 of 9 thrusters (this is the most brutal workout I know of)
