A- WU- 800M Indian Group Run + 2 Rounds of: 30 Seconds Each: Leap Frog/Wheel Barrow/Piggy Back
B- In 10 Minutes Perform: a)Unbroken DeadLift (275/185)/10 HSPU/5 Lateral Bar Burpee + b)Unbroken OHS (115/75)/8 Pistols/10 Lateral Bar Burpees + c)In Time Remaining AMRAP Box Jump Overs (30/24″)
Notes: Only 1 Partner works at a time/Both Partners will complete all work in part a) before moving on to part b)/Both Partners will use same weight/Switch Weight after last Partner completes last DeadLift rep in part a)/Unbroken=if you set bar down move to next exercise /Score= # of Total DeadLift+OHS+Box Jump Overs/Scale DeadLift and OHS to 75% of 1Rm if necessary
C- Team 2K Row= In Teams of 2/Partners will Row 2K/Switching every 250M
Notes: Score= Best 2K time/Focus on your transitions and splits

Thank you to everyone that came down to support us and to those who wanted to come but couldn’t. It was a nice event. Vicky came in 4th place and Sarah came in 5th place. Nicely done ladies. The full leaderboard will be released tonight. We have one more week to go. I can’t wait for the next event.
