WOD 7/20/13
8 Minutes Shoulder/Hip/Wrist/Ankle/Overhead Mobility
A- WU- 800M Group Run + 5-10 Reps each at working weight of: Power Snatch(75/45)/Thruster(75/45)/Chest To Bar Pull Up/Box Jump/Burpee
B- Hope= 3 Rounds of: Burpee/Snatch (75/45)/Box Jump (24/20″)/Chest To Bar Pull Up/Thruster (75/45)
Notes: In this work out you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. The clock does not stop or reset between exercises. On the call of ‘Rotate’ the athlete/s must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each repetition completed.
