25# DBs. Regular HSPU to a 45lb plate. First 2 rounds were with a lumbar pad as well but it felt too easy.
Ok fine, Dariel shamed me into dispensing with the pad.
Nice job with those HSPU. The abmat wasn’t a challenge. I like the progress your making. You move really well.
