Please bring WATER when you come in for a workout. All we have is Tap water now.
We are looking for one man or woman to help out in the subway series on Sunday August 10th- if we can’t get one person for our 3 person team, we will have to forfeit and be out money, so if anyone could step up it would really be appreciated. I would do it myself but I’m already doing two events and going out for my birthday this weekend. Just ONE person- anyone- Bueller!?
Do you think after the Games some of those guys would want to come help 718 move? Geez, they are lifting ridiculous amounts of weight overhead. I bet they make an excellent moving crew!

our days on 5th ave are coming to an end 5 more days of WODs here and we are out !! I hope everyone is planning to come out next Saturday Aug 2nd for an exciting day at the opening celebration of the new box it starts at 9am.
Anyone else get uncomfortable watching people toss 2x their bodyweight overhead and squat like they do it everyday?

(wall walks + shoulder taps + jerks + press + push press + DU’s + ring dips) / Wednesday = Rest Day Thursday .
I’m with Matt- my shoulders are smoked from all week.
But with that I attempted some mu’s while still fresh and was able to string together two in a row twice! Progress. Then stopped so I didn’t waste too much energy.
So Coach Marcos made us non handstand walkers sub 5 wall walks which doesn’t sound like a lot- but within this workout is!
4 rounds + 7+4 (subbed shoulder taps for handstand walks and the rest as prescribed)
Death by burpees- made it to 15 rounds and in legit almost died
