A- WU- NFT- 200M Run @ 50-90% RPE + 20 Each: M.B. Clean (20/14#)/WallBall (max height)/200M Run
B- 5 Minutes To WU Pull Up + Partner WOD 1 (8/1/15)- 4 RFT of: 800M Row/30 D.B. Thruster (45/25#)/25 Pull Up or Partner WOD 1 Scaled (7/25/15)- 4 RFT of: 800M Row/30 D.B. Thruster (25/15#)/20 Ring Row
Notes: In Teams of 2/Both partners working at the same time/Partners A Will Row, While Partner B will perform 30 D.B. Thruster + 25 Pull Up/When Partner A completes 800M Row, they will switch/Continue in this fashion until both partners have completed 2 rounds each/Score = total time to complete 4 rounds (2 each).
C- Partner WOD 2 (8/1/15)- 8 Minute AMRAP of: 200M Run/20 BallSlam (20/15# or 15/10#)/20 Double Unders (60 Single Unders)
Notes: In Teams of 2/ With both athletes working at the same time/While Partner A Runs 200M/Partner B AMRAP of ballslam,du/Score= Total # of rounds completed between both athletes/Partial rounds will count example: 4 Rounds (2 each) + 20 BallSlam
