WOD 7/29/15

8 Minutes of Hip/Ankle/Back/Shoulder Mobility

A- WU- 3 Rounds of 30 Seconds Each: Burpees/Air Squat/Broad Jump (max distance)

B- Back Squat- 18 Minutes To A Heavy Single

Notes: Coaches please make sure to review how to properly “miss” (bail/dump) an attempt/ Only 3 attempts above 95% including misses.

C- 3 RFT of: 15 Squat (135/95 or 95/65)/15 DeadLift/15 Pull Up (Ring Row)

*D- 4 Minutes Max Distance: Handstand Walk (Practice)

*= Complete as much as possible in time remaining.

    Today Hal and I did 14 rounds of 200m sprints and 10 burpees rest the same amount of time it took. He beat me every round. Surround yourself with people who are better than you. I hope to see more scores on the board for these squats when I get in tomorrow morning.

    That looked rough coach especially out in the 90 degree sun! Hal Smash & Coach D getting it in!

    Im disappointed i didn’t reach my desired number on my squat.. Like Sean said, Im not at my smolov best, can’t get back to that number 🙁

    I owe me some handstand walk practice.
