8 Minutes of Shoulder/Hip/Back/Ankle Mobility
A- WU- 250M Row @ 50-90% RPE + 3 Rounds of: 500M Row; 90 Seconds Rest Between Rounds
B- 4 Minutes Max Reps: Thruster (95/65 or 75/45)
C- 24 Minutes EMOM: 1st Minute: 200M Run/2nd Minute: 1 Rope Climb(Partial ROM)/3rd Minute: 30 Double Unders (Practice)

Dang, Dariel… If you got to reply and indicate you are referring to the CrossFit Games, then we in big trouble..
I feel like the peg board was a huge wrench in the finals, which messed up the leaderboard a lot, it gave some of the top athletes a really low score..
Unknown and unknowable. Do we remember Froning falling off the rope or Kalipa falling over doing light snatches after muscle ups – maybe it was Amanda? Crossfitters will be training with American Ninja Warriors now!
