B- Jumping Squats– 3 Rounds of 1 Minute Max Reps @ (75/45); 2 Minutes Rest Between Rounds
Notes: Full depth/1″ Jump off of the ground/Unbroken/Steady-Fast tempo/if you stop your done
C- Curtis P’s– 50 RFT (75/45)
D- For Time: 100 Band Pull Apart
