B- Partner WOD 1- For Time: 4 Rounds of: 200M M.B. Run (20/14)/21 K.B. Taters (24/16kg)/15 T2B/9 BallSlam (20/15)
Notes: In Teams of 2/Only 1 partner works at a time/Partner A Runs/Partner B Runs/Parnter A 21 Taters/Partner B 21 Taters, etc.
C- Partner WOD 2- 10 Minutes Ascending Ladder of: Ring Dip/Pistols
Notes: In teams of 2/Only 1 Partner works at a time/partners will alternate 1 each, 2,3,4,5, etc./Partner A must complete all corresponding reps before Partner B begins requisit number of reps/Both Partners must complete all Ring Dips before beginning Pistols and all Pistols before returning to Ring Dips/Score= Total # of completed reps
