Please look at the schedule this week very carefully. A number of classes have been cancelled. Friday the 13th we wont have any evening classes at all. Mobility has been removed this weekend as well. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Good times today. Did not do “baby” Eva Rx’d, but I still powered through. I used the red band for pulls ups (getting better at these!) and 12kg KB.
