400M S.B. Run (40/20) – 1:30
3 RFT of: 4 each Turkish Get Up/40 Double Unders/12 Knees To Elbows/4 each TGU/30 American Swings (24/16kg) – I capped out at 35 min. Only completed 2 full rounds + 4 TGU + 40 DU + 12 K2E. TGU were at 16kg, KBS were at 24kg.
Clean 1 RM @ 205# – Failed at 215#… really wanted it.
Jerk 1 RM @ 205# – Failed at 215#, but it was a good fail.
Snatch 1 RM @ 135# – Failed at 155#… just collapsed at the bottom. Wasn’t strong in the catch position, but the pull was on the money.
Have to work on Snatch Balance next Monday.

This was killer. TGU for time so tough. I usually like to take my time with these. I like the laying on the ground part the best. Take little naps.
