So that was one heckuva warmup. I did the versa climber instead of the run due to ligament issues. Finish in 4:10?
I was intent in getting deep in the squat for the snatches today. Not going too heavy on the weight.
Squat Snatches => 5×15, 3×40, 3×50, 3×55, 2×60
I did 5 rounds of the AMRAP (subbing versa climber for the run) and three squat snatches with the bar at 45# before I accidentally dropped the bar on my head! There was 2:42 left on the clock. Ouch.

Glad your head is ok. I’ve done that a few times. Usually scarier than painful, but no fun.
Back Squat 1@275# and made too big of a jump to 295# and failed. Itching for that 300# back squat. Should have hit 285 before going to 295.
Press: 1 @ 135# tried for 145# and made pretty good movement, but failed.
