I had such a wonderful time last night! I love my team, so many bueatiful people. I had so many good conversations. I want to thank you all for joining us.. Also, thank you Aaron, brookVin is the place to be, the wine and sangria were amazing!!
Big Big shout out to Steve, officially my favorite athlete, who followed my husband and I home as Iz drove the moped. I think you surpassed the Trainer/ client agreement and crossed over into a great friend! I love you man!!

Little amrap hang over cures:
3 rounds for the 5 minute but no turnouts on the muscle ups.
1 rounds 4 cleans at 165# for the 6 minute. Cleans were tough today. Just couldn’t get explosiveness with the hips.
3 rounds 10 3 for the 9 minute. For the first run I almost made it to the 400 meter mark. Just got lost (;

Great workout yesterday!
5min amrap = 3 Rounds (225# on Deadlift / Jumping Muscle Ups)
6 min amrap = 1 HSPU shy of 3 Rounds…Doh! (125# on Clean / 2 abmats on HSPU)
9 min amrap = 150m shy of 3 Rounds.
I have to cop to only partial rom on the ring dips here… just didn’t have anything left in my shoulders
In related news my shoulders are SCREAMING today!
